Golden Retriever Club of Greater Toronto Specialty (July 22nd,2006)

Blackpool's Blind Bet

This was my first time taking her in the ring and she didn't disapoint. We came home with two rosettes and she made us pretty proud. She stood still for the judges, even in the pouring rain, and trotted smoothly beside me around the ring on a loose lead. Bet proved herself to be an excellent ambassador for the breed, exhibiting all the qualities we come to expect from our Blackpool dogs.

Junior puppy bitch class

1)Sweeps First place (Judge-Colleen Skelton, Whitby ON)

2)Regular class fourth place(Judge- Mr. R. Beauchamp, Cambria CA USA)

Other dog I showed.

We also had fun showing "Wonder" a Dusty son bred by Nancy Hatch. He also made us proud meeting all sorts of new people and dogs he remained soft and friendly to each of them just like his dad. Wonder will go places with his beautiful front and rear angles and beautiful long neck so nice to see in the breed. He also inherited his dad's temperament and his black eyes and jet black pigment. Even his nails are black like Dusty! We will be showing him at the Barrie shows and Trio this August so watch this site for updates and photos of him. His registered name is Goodasgold In Wonder Mode he is owned by his breeder Nancy Hatch.(905-473-3318) Junior puppy dog class
